Jotform review

A form builder for the paperwork that sits beside the job: a service request form on your website, a tech checklist filled in from a phone, and simple documents sent out for signature through Jotform Sign. The free plan is real, and this is the cheapest way in. It is not a crew platform: every paid tier below Enterprise is a single-user account, and the limits are counted per account, not per tech.

Every limit is per account rather than per user: forms, monthly submissions, signed documents and storage. Starter through Gold are single-user self-serve plans. Jotform adds no transaction fee on payments taken through a form, so you pay only your payment processor's rate.

A mobile forms app for crews: you build your own inspection sheets, work orders and safety checklists, the tech fills them on a phone with photos and a customer signature, and each one comes back as a PDF you can email out.
