GoCanvas review

A mobile forms app for crews: you build your own inspection sheets, work orders and safety checklists, the tech fills them on a phone with photos and a customer signature, and each one comes back as a PDF you can email out. Buy it if your job software cannot build the forms you need, or you run none at all. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan already capture forms and signatures on their own work orders, so a second per-user bill is hard to justify.

Three users is the floor, so the smallest real bill is $87 a month on Essentials, $117 on Pro and $147 on Max. Custom integrations, custom analytics and white label are add-ons with no published price, and you cannot buy a plan online: every plan button routes to a sales conversation.
