The best review management software for trades
Two of the three tools built for this will not tell you a price without a sales call. NiceJob prints $75 a month for Reviews and $125 for Pro. Birdeye and Podium both quote you, and both are reported to sell 12-month deals that renew themselves. So the choice here is as much about paperwork as software (as of August 2026).

Read the cancellation terms before the features
NiceJob has no contract. Its pricing page says month to month plainly, and the 14-day trial takes no card up front. Birdeye is reported to sell a 12-month auto-renewing deal that needs 90 days of written notice to cancel. Miss that window and you carry another year. Podium does not publish contract terms either, and is reported to sell annual deals that auto-renew. Neither of those is a reason to rule them out, but it changes what a demo is worth to you. With NiceJob you can stop next month if the reviews do not come. With the other two you are committing a year of budget on the strength of a sales call, so ask for the cancellation clause in writing first.
The price gap here is roughly five times
For a single truck-and-office shop, this is one of the widest price spreads on the site. NiceJob is $75 a month, and that covers review requests, monitoring, AI-written replies and social-proof widgets for your own site. Birdeye publishes nothing, and third-party writeups broadly agree on about $299 a month per location billed annually, with onboarding and add-on modules on top. Podium is reported around $399 a month for Core, which covers 1 to 2 locations and up to 4 users (all as of August 2026). The expensive two do more. Birdeye watches over 200 review sites, and Podium runs your customer texting as well. If all you want is an automatic ask after every job, you are paying four or five times over for the rest.
Your job software may already do this
Check what you own before you buy a fourth subscription. Housecall Pro includes automated review requests to Google and other sites. ServiceM8 has a free Feedback add-on that collects testimonials and asks for Google reviews. Workiz can auto-text a review link after a job. Jobber puts review requests inside its Marketing Suite at $79 a month, and Kickserv puts them on the Business and Premium plans, so for those two it is closer to a paid extra (as of August 2026). What a dedicated tool adds is monitoring and replies across many sites, not just the ask. Then check the connection. NiceJob fires off finished jobs in Jobber and Housecall Pro. Podium connects to Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan, and needs Zapier for Jobber.
